Masterplan Design

The purpose of the study at the masterplan level is to address the overall study area with a unified design, the location of uses and facilities, the determination of general layouts, movements and accesses and their integration into the wider study area. The design at this level takes into account critical issues related to the natural and anthropogenic environment, such as climate and microclimate, orientation, geomorphology, existing networks and uses, the special characteristics and elements of the wider area, in order to provide basic guidelines for the design of the next stages.
