Dr. Eleni Andreou, Partner and Head of the Architectural Studies Department at Consortis, is a distinguished architect with a degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Specializing in environmental design, she has completed postgraduate studies and earned a doctorate in the field, focusing on the environmental design of buildings and open spaces.
Her professional experience spans a broad range, including roles as an Architect Engineer in the private sector and a lecturer in higher education, through cooperation with University Institutions. Dr. Andreou's expertise in environmental design, energy efficiency, thermal comfort and microclimatic conditions is reflected in her extensive research and numerous publications.
At Consortis, she leads the Architectural Studies Department, managing complex projects in urban design, urban regeneration, landscape architecture, architectural design, and the energy upgrading and restoration of existing buildings. She is known for her innovative design methodology, using advanced tools to assess and enhance environmental comfort, ensuring each project has a unique identity and meets client visions.
Dr. Andreou also contributes to research and development, participating in writing proposals and coordinating European program projects related to the built environment. Her dedication to combining practical design with academic research has made her a prominent figure in her field.
Head of Architectural Design Dept & Environmental Design Specialist
Adamantia graduated from the School of Architecture at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) and holds a Master of Science (MSc) in "Environmental Design of Cities and Buildings" from the Hellenic Open University (HOU).
She has over 20 years of professional experience working on architectural project with a focus on bioclimatic design. Her portfolio includes both private and public sector projects, such as building installations, specialized interior designs, exhibition and commercial spaces, as well as large-scale projects, urban regenerations, and technical consulting services.
Adamantia has collaborated with numerous architectural firms and interdisciplinary professionals, always guided by creativity and a commitment to innovation. Her work includes completed and published studies and has received awards in international architectural competitions.
Senior Architect
Mina graduated from the School of Architecture at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.Th) in 2007, having also completed a semester at the Czech Technical University (CTU) in Prague through the Erasmus program. She holds a master's degree titled "Protection, Conservation, and Restoration of Architectural Monuments and Ensembles" from A.U.Th.
Since 2008, she has worked as a freelance architect specializing in architectural and special architectural studies. Her portfolio includes a significant number of public and private projects, such as hospitals, educational buildings, office spaces, tourist accommodations, residences, urban regeneration projects, as well as documentation and restoration of listed buildings, monuments, and traditional settlements. Additionally, she participated as a scholarship holder in the A.U.Th. research team for the project "Investigation of Restoration Methods for the Historic Building of the Halki Theological School" in Istanbul.
She has collaborated with municipalities, Ephorates of antiquities, companies, private clients, architectural firms, and fellow engineers in Greece and abroad. Her work includes complete and published projects, and she has participated in scientific conferences and workshops.
She holds a Degree on planning and Designing Architectural projects (Class A – categories 06 & 07) and is a member of the Association of Public Works Designers of Central Macedonia.
Senior Architect
Sonia is a graduate of the Department of Architecture at the Democritus University of Thrace (D.U.Th), where she earned her degree with honors ("Excellent"), ranking first in the Polytechnic School of D.U.Th. In 2018, she completed her postgraduate studies in the "M.Sc. Denkmalpflege" (M.Sc. Heritage Conservation) program at Technische Universität Berlin. As of November 2023, she holds a Ph.D. from the Department of Architecture of the Polytechnic School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
She is fluent in English and German and has published research papers in conference proceedings and scientific journals.
She has been collaborating with CONSORTIS since June 2020, focusing on delivering high-quality architectural studies across various design scales.
Architect
Elina is an Architect Engineer, a graduate of the School of Architecture at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.Th.). Continuing her studies in the Master’s Program "Spatial Planning for Sustainable and Resilient Development" at the School of Spatial Planning and Development A.U.Th., she deepened her knowledge in urban sustainability, resilience, and livability. With a keen interest in public space transformation issues, she has been pursuing her doctoral dissertation since 2023 at the School of Architecture A.U.Th. She has participated in conferences on Urban Planning and Design, receiving her first distinction. She works on studies of private and public projects and has been a member of the Consortis team since 2024.
Architect
Christina is an Architect, a graduate of the School of Architecture at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, admitted in the 2nd position. As part of her studies, she attended the Alma Mater Studiorum Università di Bologna, participating in the postgraduate programs "Architecture and Creative Practices for the City and Landscape" and "Building Engineering – Architecture." She completed internships at the architectural office Bamberg-Architektur and the Urban Planning Department (STADTBAUAMT) of Pfullingen, Germany.
She has contributed to the curation of cartographic material for an encyclopedia entry and the production of graphic designs for a food company. Since July 2022, she has been collaborating with CONSORTIS. Christina attended the bilingual German School of Thessaloniki, distinguished herself in national mathematics competitions, and has participated in Model United Nations (MUN) conferences. In 2017, she interned as a landmark photographer at Leipzig Tourismus und Marketing GmbH in Leipzig.
Architect
Petrina is an Architect, a graduate of the Democritus University of Thrace with honors ("Excellent"). She has always been passionate about architectural composition and 3D visualization of spaces. Her thesis focused on the revival of historic buildings and the creation of vibrant and accessible urban spaces that promote social interaction and sustainability, combining historical preservation with modern design principles. She has extensive experience in creating 3D models, photorealistic visualizations, and video editing using design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, among others.
Architect
Dimitra graduated from the Department of Architecture at Democritus University of Thrace in 2022. Upon completing her studies and during her internship in Barcelona, Spain, she gained experience with large-scale architectural designs and architectural competitions. Due to her interest in Environmental Design, she decided to further her studies, focusing on this field by enrolling in the postgraduate program "Environmental Architectural and Urban Design" at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
Her professional experience includes preparing architectural designs for private projects and engaging in 3D design and photorealism. In November 2024, she began her collaboration with Consortis, a dynamic environment fostering continuous development, with a focus on producing high-quality architectural designs.
Architect
Eleni is a graduate of the School of Architecture at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). During her studies, she undertook a six-month voluntary internship as a Graphic Designer with the NASA Space Apps Challenge, a nonprofit initiative affiliated with NASA. She has contributed to the organization and curatorial coordination of international workshops exhibitions, and she participated in international seminars on various fields of architecture, including bioclimatic and sustainable design, traditional architecture and materials, as well as urban design with a focus on urban furniture and equipment. Her diverse experience reflects a strong interest in a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to architecture. She is currently involved in the design and planning of both private and public projects and has presented research at academic conferences. Since 2024, she has been a member of the Consortis team.
Architect
Konstantinos is a Mechanical Engineer with a degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in the energy and environmental performance of buildings. At Consortis, he works on energy design projects while pursuing his PhD in smart buildings and smart cities. He is a certified Energy Inspector and has experience in research projects. His academic work includes publications in scientific journals and international conferences. He is an elected member of the National Delegation of the Technical Chamber of Greece.
Mechanical Engineer
Sofia graduated in 2019 from the School of Architecture at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). As part of her undergraduate studies, she completed a semester abroad at the Universidad Autónoma de México through the Erasmus+ exchange program. In 2024, she earned her Master’s degree from the Interdepartmental Postgraduate Program of AUTH’s Polytechnic School, titled "Protection, Conservation, and Restoration of Cultural Monuments."
She has participated in various workshops and peer-learning programs, both in Greece and internationally, with a focus on the restoration of traditional settlements, industrial heritage preservation, natural building techniques, and participatory design methodologies.
Sofia has collaborated with architectural firms and engineers on a wide range of private projects and competitions, contributing to studies that have received awards and recognition and have been presented in exhibitions and public forums.
Architect
Nina is a graduate of the School of Architecture at the Faculty of Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She completed a Master’s degree in the Interdepartmental Program “Protection, Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Monuments”, specializing in the restoration of architectural monuments. She later earned a second Master’s degree in Museology from the Department of Cultural Technology and Nina Communication of the University of the Aegean.
She has worked with various departments of the Hellenic Ministry of Culture (Ephorates of Antiquities and Services for Modern Monuments and Technical Works), contributing to the supervision and preparation of restoration works based on approved studies in archaeological sites, the documentation of traditional architecture in historic settlements, as well as the development of architectural design proposals. In parallel, she has been active in the private sector, working on architectural projects of various scales across both public and private domains— including the surveying and restoring monuments and heritage buildings, designing private residences as well as public-use buildings and urban regeneration projects. Since January 2025, she has been working with Consortis, focusing on collaboration, continuous learning, and achieving excellence in every project.
Architect
Theodora graduated from the School of Agriculture at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) and completed her postgraduate studies in the Interdepartmental Master’s Program in Landscape Architecture at AUTh’s School of Engineering and School of Agriculture. In 2020, she defended her doctoral dissertation on Cultural Landscapes, their management, and promotion.
She has extensive experience in landscape architecture, participating in both small- and large-scale projects. Her work has been recognized in international and national architectural competitions, while she has published scientific papers and collaborated with academic institutions in both research and teaching contexts
