Documentation and Restoration of Historic Buildings

The subject of restoration and reuse of historical and listed buildings is a particularly demanding subject in which an interdisciplinary approach is applied, and the specialized training of our engineers is utilized. In the context of the reuse of historical buildings, the issue of the new use that the building will receive is always critical, as this will largely determine the nature of the interventions and its course over time. Our goal is to restore the functionality of these buildings, to address issues of damage and statics and to give them a new life, without altering their historical and architectural character. Our approach combines historical research with modern mapping technologies, such as 3D mapping using 3D scanner equipment, drones, etc. We respond with care to the challenge of satisfying in the best possible way the requirements set by the institutional framework as well as the essential functional requirements, always considering the historic values of the buildings.
